服务条款

By placing an order with Huizhou Huilihua Thread Co., Ltd., you agree to abide by the following terms of service.

1. All product specifications including denier, color, weight and minimum order quantity must be mutually confirmed before production starts. Custom‑made yarn orders cannot be cancelled once production is underway.

2. Shipping fees shall be fully borne by the buyer. Delivery time is estimated only and may be delayed due to logistics, customs or force‑majeure factors.

3. Returns or refunds are only accepted for verified product quality defects. We do not accept returns caused by buyers’ wrong selection of specifications, color preferences or other non‑quality‑related reasons.

4. Buyers shall inspect goods within 7 working days upon receipt. Any quality claim must be accompanied by clear photos as supporting evidence. Complaints submitted after this time window will not be processed.

5. The company reserves the right for final interpretation of these service terms.
